Depart to Xiamei Tea Village.<\/li>\n<li>Xiamei Tea Village: what is the starting village of the ten thousand-li Tea Road to Russia in Qing Dynasty. Here you will understand more about our Local Tea farmer&#8217;s life and story. Then walking in the Xiamei Village brings you back in time to the Ming (1368 &#8211; 1644) and the Qing (1644 &#8211; 1911) Dynasties. Most of the buildings are very well preserved and featuring the sculpture of brisk, wood and stone, which is one part of the Wuyi World culture heritage.<\/li>\n<li>Lunch<\/li>\n<li>After lunch, take a high-speed train to Xiamen.<\/li>\n<li>Welcome to Xiamen, the Garden City on the Sea. Clear the customs and retrieve your baggage by yourself upon arrival, be greeted by the tour guide train station who is holding a sign on which says your name.<\/li>\n<li>Shuttle to the hotel. Your guide will help you check-in. The rest of today is on your own to explore this beautiful city.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\tDAY 7: 11\/7 \u2014  Xiamen, Nanjing, &#038; Tulou\n\t\t<ul>\n<li>After breakfast, take a 3-hour scenic drive to see the earth buildings in Nanjing County, Zhangzhou City.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll visit Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster, Yuchanglou, learn structure Hakka House, and Taxia Village. Afterwards, drive 30 minutes to Gaobei Tulou Cluster to visit Chengqilou.<\/li>\n<li>After the tour, transfer back to Xiamen. Overnight at the hotel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>LOCATION DETAILS<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Tianluokeng Tulou Cluster:<\/strong> Composed primarily of four round and one rectangular earthen house, it is one of the most magnificent and well-preserved Hakka Castles in the area. The village is also listed in the Famous Historic-Cultural Village in China for its typical cultural regional system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yuchanglou:<\/strong> Yuchanglou was built in 1308 and is one of the oldest existing Tulou. This five-story earth building is most famous for its tilted pillars. The most extreme is slanted at 15-degree angle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taxia Village:<\/strong> There are more than 20 earthen building of different shapes built along the bank of a clear brook that flows through the entire village.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chengqilou:<\/strong> It is the largest of the earth buildings located in Gaobei Tulou Cluster. Chengqilou is about three hundred years old and is made up of four concentric circular buildings. This King of Round Earth Buildings has altogether 400 rooms and used to house 80 families, more than 600 people in its prosperous days.<\/p>\n\t\t\tDAY 8: 11\/8 \u2014  Xiamen Gulangyu Island\n\t\t<ul>\n<li>After morning breakfast, shuttle to harbor and transfer to the ferry for a 20-minute boat trip to Gulangyu Island from Xiamen City.<\/li>\n<li>Have a nice stroll in Shuzhuang Garden, a beautiful seaside garden and walk to the famous Piano Museum with a collection of 80-old rare old pianos from all over the world.<\/li>\n<li>Then, head to South Putuo Temple which first built in Tang Dynasty. It is renowned for its collection of Buddhist cultural relics, such as a Burmese jade carving of the Buddha, some important Buddhist texts.
